Lock In Pro is a one-time digital purchase at ₹1,299. Since the product is delivered instantly upon payment, we generally do not offer refunds.
However, if you experience technical issues that prevent you from using Pro features, contact us at lokavya@withlockin.com within 7 days of purchase and we will work with you to resolve the issue or process a refund.
Refund requests after 7 days will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
